Joe Morton (born 18 October 1947; age 77) is an American actor who narrated the audiobooks of several Pocket DS9 and Star Trek: New Frontier novels.

Morton is perhaps best known for his role as Miles Dyson in Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991, starring Linda Hamilton, with Earl Boen, Jenette Goldstein, Nikki Cox, Castulo Guerra, Terrence Evans, and Abdul Salaam El Razzac). His other motion picture credits include Curse of the Pink Panther (1983, with Denise Crosby), The Brother from Another Planet, Of Mice and Men (1992, with Ray Walston), Speed (1994, with Carlos Carrasco, Richard Lineback, Jordan Lund, and Bruce Wright), Speed 2: Cruise Control (1997), Stuart Baird's Executive Decision (1996, with Andreas Katsulas, Ken Jenkins, Warren Munson, Richard Riehle, and Eugene Roche), Blues Brothers 2000 (1998), Apt Pupil (1998, with Bruce Davison), The Astronaut's Wife (1999, with Donna Murphy and Samantha Eggar), What Lies Beneath (2000, with J.C. Brandy), Dragonfly (2002, starring Kathy Bates, with Casey Biggs, Susanna Thompson, Lisa Banes, Heidi Swedberg, Samantha Smith and Gillian Vigman), Thoughtcrimes (2003), and American Gangster (2007).

In 1993, he had a lead role in Equal Justice. Also in 1993, he co-starred in TriBeCa; Hans Tobeason worked as writer and producer on the series, with guests Richard Kiley, Victoria Dillard, Caroline Kava, and Caroline Lagerfelt. His later television credits include The X-Files (2000, with J. Patrick McCormack and Jack Shearer), Smallville (2001-02, with Bill Mondy), House (2005, starring Jennifer Morrison), JAG (2005, starring Zoe McLellan, with David Andrews), Numbers (2007, with Christopher Lloyd and Wil Wheaton), Boston Legal (2008, starring William Shatner and John Larroquette, with Henry Gibson, Aaron Lustig and Ken Edling).
