Joel Fredericks (born 11 May 1959; age 66) is an actor who played an ensign in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Timescape". His uniform was later worn by Cris Thomas-Palomino in Star Trek Generations and sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]

Fredericks was born in Bethesda, Maryland. He had guest roles in the Cheers episode Rebecca's Lover…Not (1992, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Paul Willson, Mark Watson, Gerard David, Jr., Don Bennett, Brian Demonbreun, and Holiday Freeman) and in an episode of Sirens and had a supporting role in the television thriller Murder Between Friends (1994, with Jay Robinson and Ellen Geer). In 2018, he was featured as barkeeper in the short film Tavern.
