Joel McKinnon Miller (born 21 February 1960; age 64) is a voice actor who lent his voice to a Pakled Captain character in the video game Star Trek: Klingon.
Miller is a prolific character actor, whose acting career has spanned thirty years. He is perhaps best known for his recurring role as Scully in the series Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2013-2021). He also had a recurring role in as Don Embry in the series Big Love (2006-2011).
