...as an engineer

Joey Sakata (born 17 May 1966; age 57) is a stuntman and actor who portrayed an engineer in the final Star Trek: Voyager episode "Endgame". Although he had no dialogue, he was credited as Engineering N.D. in the end credits of the episode. Sakata performed stunts in at least one more episode of Star Trek: Voyager. The costume from his second appearance was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1] In addition, he also worked as stand-in on Voyager.

Sakata was born in Torrance, California and performed stunts in the action thriller True Vengeance (1997) and in the thriller Red Corner (1997, with Tzi Ma and stunts by Phil Chong, Kenny Endoso, Al Goto, Scott Wilder, Diana Lee Inosanto, James Lew, and stunt coordination by Buddy Joe Hooker). In the 2002 action film Power Elite, Sakata portrayed a supporting role as a subway terrorist.

Edit:

Your summary is not correct.

1. Actually, in End Game he had dialog with Torres near the warp core. He said, "Yes, Ma'am." It's hard to hear because someone stepped on his line, but we've turned up the volume and confirmed hearing the line.

2. He was primarily a stand-in on the show and did background on Voyager, too.

3. He did not do any stunts on Voyager.

Please correct this summary.
