Captain Jokor was a Klingon who served in the Klingon Defense Force during the 21st century.
Jokor once triggered the Ritual of J'ethurgh to reclaim his command after being involuntarily added to another crew through the Rite of Forced Conscription. This was the last time the ritual was invoked until Ma'ah in 2382, over three hundred years later. (LD: "A Farewell To Farms")
