Jon M. Cellini is the actor who portrayed a technician in the Star Trek: Voyager sixth season episode "Blink of an Eye".

Prior to his appearance in VOY, Cellini appeared in the short film Visas and Virtue (1997) and in the drama Telling You (1998, with Richard Libertini, Gina Philips, Neal McDonough, and Clint Howard).

His Star Trek role was followed by supporting roles in the thriller The Theory of the Leisure Class (2001, with Christopher McDonald), the comedy Triangle Square (2001), and the musical comedy Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic (2005, with Sarah Silverman and Robert Towers), as well as guest roles in the television series Once and Again (2001, starring Bill Campbell, Susanna Thompson, and Jeffrey Nordling, and with Julianna McCarthy and Andrei Sterling), NYPD Blue (2004, with Gordon Clapp, Nikita Ager, Rick Fitts, and Michael Edward Rose), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2005, with Wallace Langham and Patrick Kilpatrick), and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005).
