Josef Cannon (born 22 July) is an actor and producer from Chicago, Illinois who portrayed a holographic Klingon in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "The Icarus Factor".

Cannon was married to Catherine Collins and they have one daughter, Shelby aka Shay Collins born in 1994 who is now an award-winning film director for Badger Lane which she filmed in England. He also has two older children, model Brandon Green and his twin sister Air Force soldier Brandy Green.

Cannon has appeared in several television commercials and stage plays and can be seen in the music videos "Lean On Me" with Mary J. Blige, Bono, and R. Kelly, "What's Going On?" with Chani and "What You Got" with Colby-O & Akon.

Among his acting resume are recent films such as Feeling Goode, Flea, "Le Jour Du Pere", and Full Love. Cannon also filmed F.U. Woody Allen (2019). He was named along with his business partner as "Producers of Tommorow" which was honored with a pictoral in LIFE Magazine. He appeared as a Moclan delegate in the episode "Sanctuary" on The Orville, which was written by Joe Menosky and directed by Jonathan Frakes.
