Josef Cannon (born 22 July 1960; age 61) is an actor and producer from Chicago, Illinois who portrayed a holographic Klingon in the Star Trek: The Next Generation second season episode "The Icarus Factor".

Cannon was married to Catherine Collins and they have one daughter, Shelby aka Shay Collins born in 1994 who is now an award-winning film director for Badger Lane which she filmed in England. He also has two older children, model Brandon Green (who appeared as GERAS in Mortal Kombat 11) and his twin sister Air Force soldier Brandy Green (TV/Film Producer.)

Among his acting resume are recent films such as White Elephant (starring opposite Bruce Willis, Michael Rooker, John Malkovich, and Olga Kurylenko), Debt Collector 2 (with Scott Atkins and Louis Mandylor), and Paul's Promise (with Dean Cain and Linda Pearl). Cannon also filmed Snowfall (2020). He was named, along with his business partner, as "Producers of Tomorrow" which was honored with a pictorial in LIFE Magazine. He appeared as a Moclan delegate in the episode "Sanctuary" on The Orville, which was written by Joe Menosky and directed by Jonathan Frakes.

Cannon has appeared in several television commercials and stage plays and can be seen in the music videos "Lean On Me" with Mary J. Blige, Bono, and R. Kelly, "What's Going On?" with Chani and "What You Got" with Colby-O and Akon.
