K'Elarra was a Klingon who lived in the late 24th century. She was a member of the Klingon Defense Force and an acquaintance of Ma'ah.
In 2382, K'Elarra approached Ma'ah at the Warrior Pit in the First City, having been invited there by the thrash lute player. She made romantic advances towards Ma'ah, and was undeterred even after he admitted to having been stripped of his captaincy for the mutiny on the IKS Che'Ta'. However, following the arrival of Beckett Mariner and Brad Boimler, K'Elarra expressed disgust that Ma'ah would fraternize with Starfleet Humans and left. (LD: "A Farewell To Farms")
She later served on Ma'ah's Bird-of-Prey after he was given command of Relga's fleet. (LD: "The New Next Generation")
