Kabrel II was the uninhabited second planet in the Kabrel system. This system was located in Federation space, near the Federation-Cardassian border in the 2370s, in the Alpha Quadrant.
The planet was unremarkable aside from some cormaline deposits, though not enough to have warranted mining. (DS9: "Statistical Probabilities")

This planet's quadrant of origin is inferred based on the position of the Cardassian Union as seen in the star chart appearing in the Star Trek: Picard episode "Maps and Legends".
The name of the planet was not mentioned in the episode, where it was described as the "second planet" of the system, and was from the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 4th ed., vol. 1, p. 398.
