Kahless' fornication helmet, also casually described as a sex helmet, was a type of helmet worn by Kahless the Unforgettable during sex.
By the 24th century, Kahless' fornication helmet had been obtained by Kerner Hauze of the Collector's Guild and was kept in a display case. Chairman Siggi attempted to steal it from Hauze's collection after his death in 2381. However, the theft of the helmet triggered a number of death traps in Hauze's ship, which ultimately killed Siggi, and very nearly killed the USS Cerritos' away team. (LD: "Kayshon, His Eyes Open")
