Saru fell asleep listening to the chirps of Kaminar sea frogs as a child, and his visit to Kaminar in 3189 rekindled his love for their lullaby. After his return to the USS Discovery the following year, he played recordings of their song in his quarters. (DIS: "Choose to Live")
