Kamran Gant was a Human male Starfleet officer who lived during the mid-23rd century. He served aboard the USS Shenzhou under Captain Philippa Georgiou as the starship's tactical officer in 2256. (DIS: "The Vulcan Hello")
After the Federation-Klingon War of 2256-57, Gant became a Section 31 operative. He was killed by Control when it opened the interior of the NI-1101 to vacuum, killing its entire crew. Control reanimated Gant's body as part of a deception to capture and control Michael Burnham. (DIS: "Through the Valley of Shadows")
Gant was portrayed by actor Ali Momen.
