Kay E. Kuter as the Cytherian
Kay E. Kuter (April 25, 1925 - November 12, 2003) played the role of the Cytherian in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Nth Degree." Later, he appeared in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode "The Storyteller" as the Sirah.
