Keaton Kramer (born 1 February 1990; age 34) is a visual effects artist who created the title animation for the 2012 TNG Season 1 Blu-ray special feature Energized! Taking The Next Generation to the Next Level.

Between 2008 and 2012, Kramer attended the Ringling School of Art and Design. She previously attended the Center Grove High School. Since 2013, she has been working as a lighter for Reel FX.

As lighting and compositing artist she worked on the animated adventure The Book of Life (2014, with the voices of Star Trek actors Zoe Saldana, Ron Perlman, Al Rodrigo, and Marcelo Tubert) and the animated film Rock Dog (2016).
