Kelly Connell (born 9 June 1956; age 69) is the actor who played Sklar in the Star Trek: Voyager third season episode "Rise".

He is perhaps best known for his recurring (and later regular) role as Dr. Carter Pike on CBS' Picket Fences. He also starred as Ulysses S. Grant on UPN's The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer.

Connell has also made guest appearances on such shows as Night Court (starring John Larroquette and also working with Nikki Cox and Bruce French), Murphy Brown, Wings (starring Steven Weber, with Amanda Carlin and Norman Fessler), Party of Five (1997, with Conor O'Farrell, Ellen Bry and Rebecca McFarland), Buffy the Vampire Slayer (with Anthony Stewart Head, James Marsters and Armin Shimerman), cross-over episodes of The Practice and Ally McBeal (both with Daniel Dae Kim and Donna Murphy), and Sliders (1998, starring Jerry O'Connell, with Reiner Schöne). Additionally, he had recurring roles on Chicago Hope (1998, starring Jayne Brook) and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000-01, starring Paul Guilfoyle), and Boston Legal (2005, starring William Shatner and René Auberjonois, former with Joanna Cassidy, Megan Gallagher, Wayne Thomas Yorke and Bob Morrisey, latter with Joel Polis, Ken Land, Jennifer S. Parsons, Christopher Carroll, Ron Canada and Albie Selznick).

He also had roles in a number of films, the first being Cocktail (1988, with Laurence Luckinbill). He has since had roles in Hot Shots! (1991), Hot Shots! Part Deux (1993), Thirteen Days (2000, co-starring Len Cariou, Kevin Conway, Steven Culp, Charles Esten, Bruce Greenwood, Boris Krutonog, Ed Lauter, Tim Kelleher, Dakin Matthews, and Bill Smitrovich) K-PAX (2001, with William Lucking and Alfre Woodard), and Spider-Man 2 (2004, starring Kirsten Dunst).
