The Ketha Province was a far southern region on the Klingon homeworld of Qo'noS. It included the Ketha lowlands. (DIS: "The War Without, The War Within"; DS9: "Once More Unto the Breach")
In the alternate reality, the Ketha Province had been uninhabited for decades as of 2259, when the Starfleet traitor "John Harrison" fled there to an abandoned city at latitude '38.783, longitude '56.789, and an elevation of 15.2 m. The USS Enterprise was ordered to attack that position using 72 advanced long-range torpedoes, but Captain Kirk chose instead to apprehend Harrison for trial.
Kirk took a K'normian trading ship down, hoping to quietly extract Harrison from the uninhabited region, but was waylaid by patrolling D4-class ships. Kirk sent Uhura to negotiate, but when the Klingons physically threatened her, Kirk went on the offensive. Harrison showed himself and killed all the Klingons, before surrendering himself into Kirk's custody. (Star Trek Into Darkness)
The coordinates were visible on a Star Trek Into Darkness display graphic. [1]
In the prime universe, Chancellor Martok was born in the Ketha lowlands. (DS9: "Once More Unto the Breach")
