Keval was a member of the Andorian Imperial Guard. He was one of four Andorians who ransacked the Vulcan monastery of P'Jem in 2151, in order to locate a hidden surveillance array. During the third raid of P'Jem, he and Shran found the array with the help of Captain Jonathan Archer and his crew. (ENT: "The Andorian Incident")

Keval was played by Jeff Ricketts.
Keval was referred to once in the stage directions from the first draft script of "Shadows of P'Jem" (written while the episode had the working title "Untitled Andorians Return"). He would have been present with Shran in the first scene of that episode that Shran appears in. However, Keval had no scripted dialogue and was ultimately written out of the script (as well as the episode itself).
