Kevin Conway (29 May 19425 February 2020; age 77) was the actor who played Kahless in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Rightful Heir".

In 1980, he starred as Dr. William Haber alongside Bruce Davison in The Lathe of Heaven. On stage, Conway co-starred Philip Anglim in the Broadway play The Elephant Man. Later, in 1982, the two reprised their roles in a made-for-television adaptation of the play. In 1988, he appeared (uncredited) in the comedy Funny Farm, with Mike Starr, William Newman, Dan Desmond, Reg E. Cathey, David Williams, and Dakin Matthews.

He also played General Curtis LeMay in Thirteen Days (2000), with Jack Blessing, Len Cariou, Charles Esten, Tim Kelleher, Boris Krutonog, Ed Lauter, and Bill Smitrovich, Jack Blessing, Bruce Greenwood (as John F. Kennedy) and Steven Culp), and appeared in Black Knight (2001, with Kevin P. Stillwell).

Conway had a recurring role as Seamus O'Reilly on the HBO series Oz. He also provided the "Control Voice" for the 1995-2002 revival of The Outer Limits, a role he took over from Vic Perrin.
