Kevin Conway (29 May 19425 February 2020; age 77) was the actor who played the clone of Kahless the Unforgettable in the Star Trek: The Next Generation sixth season episode "Rightful Heir".

In 1980, he starred as Dr. William Haber alongside Bruce Davison in the made-for-television movie adaptation of Ursula K. Le Guin's science fiction work The Lathe of Heaven. On stage, Conway co-starred with Star Trek: Deep Space Nine actor Philip Anglim in the Broadway play The Elephant Man. Later, in 1982, the two reprised their roles in a made-for-television adaptation of the play. He co-starred in the war epics Gettysburg and Gods and Generals. W. Morgan Sheppard, William O. Campbell and Joseph Fuqua starred in both of these films. Conway had turned down the role of Théoden in the Lord of the Rings films to recreate his Gettysburg role of Buster Kilrain in Gods and Generals.

Conway appeared as himself and the Earl of Hastings in Al Pacino's 1996 documentary Looking for Richard, which also starred Richard Cox, Winona Ryder, and Harris Yulin, taking parts in a mock production of William Shakespeare's Richard III.

Conway appeared in 1998's Mercury Rising, written by Lawrence Konner and Mark Rosenthal. He also played General Curtis LeMay in the 2000 thriller Thirteen Days, with Jack Blessing, Len Cariou, Charles Esten, Tim Kelleher, Boris Lee Krutonog, Ed Lauter, and Bill Smitrovich Jack Blessing, Bruce Greenwood (as John F. Kennedy) and Steven Culp (as Robert F. Kennedy) - and appeared in the 2001 film Black Knight, with Kevin P. Stillwell.

Conway had a recurring role as Seamus O'Reily on the HBO series Oz. He also provided the "Control Voice" for the 1995-2002 revival of The Outer Limits, a role he took over from Vic Perrin.
