Kevin Tighe (born 13 August 1944; age 79) is the actor who played the role of Henry Janeway in the Star Trek: Voyager fifth season episode "11:59". Tighe has had many film and television roles in his career. He is best known for his role on the 1970s TV series Emergency! as Roy De Soto.

He has starred in a number of films, including Road House (1987, starringVoyager guest star Anthony De Longis, and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Voyager guest stars Marshall R. Teague and Tiny Ron. and Star Trek: The Next Generation/Deep Space Nine guest star Christopher Collins. Also that year, he starred in the film K-9 (with William Sadler and Sherman Howard). His other films include Matewan (1987, with Gordon Clapp, Bob Gunton, Ken Jenkins, and Tom Wright), Another 48 Hrs. (1990, with Ed O'Ross, David Anthony Marshall, Bernie Casey, Page Leong, Allan Graf, Biff Yeager, Rex Pierson, Benjamin W.S. Lum , Victor Brandt and Shauna O'Brien; music by James Horner; stunts by Patricia Tallman), School Ties (1992, with Ed Lauter), and The Big Day (1999, with Clayton Rohner, Mary Anne McGarry, and Tom Virtue). His first film appearance was The Graduate (1967, with William Daniels).

Tighe has made guest appearances on many TV shows; from 2005 to 2010, he appeared as a recurring character on Lost, as the unscrupulous manipulating conman father of Next Generation guest star Terry O'Quinn's character.
