Kim H. Friedman (born 14 November 1949; age 74) directed ten episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine and Star Trek: Voyager from 1995 to 1997.
Friedman's work on Deep Space Nine was the first time she had directed a science fiction series. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, p. 141)
Friedman also directed episodes of Alice, Knots Landing, Dynasty, The Love Boat, Babylon 5, Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Beverly Hills, 90210 and the L.A. Law episode "Handroll Express", for which Friedman was nominated for the "Outstanding Directing in a Drama Series" Emmy Award.
