Kim Rhodes (born 7 June 1969; age 55) is an actress from Portland, Oregon who appeared on Star Trek: Voyager as Ensign Lyndsay Ballard, aka the Kobali Jhet'leya in the sixth season episode "Ashes to Ashes". She also provided her voice to the character Yulana Oxila in the video game Star Trek: Away Team. In 2021 on her official TikTok account, Rhodes stated that she is on the Autism Spectrum.

Rhodes was screen-tested for the role of T'Pol on Star Trek: Enterprise, having earned strong praise from Kate Mulgrew on the set of "Ashes to Ashes". According to Rhodes, she was rejected because she was "the wrong physical type". She told the Delta Flyers podcast in 2022: "I specifically said 'did they mean I was too fat?' and my agent said 'yes', and that was when I took a year away from Hollywood and went to Shakespeare because I learned what exactly pretty is as pretty does in Hollywood." She was also on As the World Turns. From 2005 to 2008 she starred on The Suite Life of Zack & Cody (along with Antony Acker), and has made guest appearances on The Suite Life on Deck. She appeared on One World with Michelle Krusiec and the pair worked together again on Titus. After that, Rhodes appeared on the Sci-Fi Channel's The Invisible Man with Spencer Garrett. Rhodes also appeared on Becker, starring Terry Farrell.

Rhodes guest-starred on Whoopi Goldberg’s Strong Medicine (starring Jenifer Lewis, with Michelle Horn). This was followed by a role on Boomtown with Neal McDonough, David Burke and Gregg Henry. Rhodes then appeared on Without a Trace, starring Enrique Murciano and Eric Close, with Freda Foh Shen. She also appeared on CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2004, starring Paul Guilfoyle and Wallace Langham, with Steven Culp and Jennifer Gatti). That same year Rhodes appeared in Christmas With the Kranks with Bonita Friedericy. Between 2010 and 2020, she portrayed the recurring role of Sheriff Jody Mills in Supernatural alongside Mark A. Sheppard and Jim Beaver. Rhodes was later seen in Proving Ground: From the Adventures of Captain Redlocks with Gary Graham.

In 2015, Rhodes reprised the role of Jhet'leya in the Star Trek Online mission "Dust to Dust", released for the Delta Rising expansion as part of the game's fifth anniversary.

In 2018, she appeared as Executive Director of the FBI Linda Barnes in four episodes of Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders.
