Kirk Alexander is a singer and occasional actor who played a Ba'ku in Star Trek: Insurrection. He was uncredited for his role.

He was born in Fairfax, Virginia and has started his music career at the age of sixteen, singing the lead vocals for various rock bands. Currently he is performing the lead vocals for the band "Southland". Alexander is also a music producer and has appeared in several music videos such as "In it for Love" by Richie Samborra and "Georgy Porgy" by Eric Benet and Faith Evans.

Among his acting resume are small roles in the films For Richer or Poorer (1997, starring Kirstie Alley and with John Pyper-Ferguson and Ethan Phillips), The Day Lincoln Was Shot (1998, starring Donna Murphy and Wil Wheaton, and with Titus Welliver, Gregory Itzin, and Scott Rinker), The Debtors (1999, with Bonita Friedericy, Michael J. Pollard, Steven R. Schirripa, Clement von Franckenstein, David Youse, and stunts by Chuck Borden), The Making of Daniel Boone (2003, starring and co-produced by Clancy Brown and with Andrew Robinson and John Gegenhuber), and Betrunner (2004).

Alexander has also guest starred in the television series Homicide: Life on the Street (1998, with Michelle Forbes and Leslie Silva), Beverly Hills, 90210 (1998, with Stephanie Beacham, Clayton Landey, Annie O'Donnell, Al Rodrigo, and Tricia O'Neil), The Dating Game (1998), Tracey Takes On... (1999, starring Seymour Cassel), and Passions (2000 and 2005).

In 2000 he was part of the regular cast of MTV's Undressed (guest starring Heidi Krämer and Alissa Krämer).
