According to an anything but canon account, Knickersonians were a conjured anthropomorphic species with a head resembling knickers and a humanoid body.
A female Knickersonian served in Starfleet on the bridge aboard the USS Enterprise during the mid-23rd century. She initially appeared after and took great offense to the figure of speech, "don't get your knickers in a twist," that was uttered by her captain. She explained that she considered her people to be a proud race, who "served the Federation with honor". (VST: "Skin a Cat")
