
A knight on top of Canadian cash
The knight was a chess piece, often in the shape of a horse's head, that was moved two squares in one direction and one at right angles to that direction in a single move, leaping over any intervening pieces.
In 2022, James T. Kirk, who had time traveled from an alternate future; was gambling, playing a game of chess in a park in Toronto. He was able to accumulate a good deal of Canadian dollars.
