Kofi Yiadom is a stuntman and stunt actor who performed stunts in Star Trek. More recently, he performed stunts as a Starfleet official in Star Trek Into Darkness.

Among Yiadom's credits are Wim Wenders' drama Land of Plenty (2004, with Yuri Elvin), the action film No Rules (2005, with Gene LeBell, Clint Lilley, Jeff Wolfe, and Damion Poitier), Joss Whedon's science fiction film Serenity (2005), Uwe Boll's horror film BloodRayne (2005, starring Kristanna Loken), James Lew's action comedy 18 Fingers of Death! (2006, with Brad Greenquist), the crime drama Alpha Dog (2006), Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest (2006) and Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End (2007), and the comedy Epic Movie (2007).

In 2007 he was part of the stunt team that was awarded with a Taurus World Stunt Award for best fight sequence in Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. He shared this award with Mark Wagner, Thomas DuPont, Lisa Hoyle, Tony Angelotti, Jeff Wolfe, Phil Culotta, Tom Morga, and Jeremy Fry.

Yiadom served as stunt double for actor Bokeem Woodbine in the action film The Last Sentinel (2007, with stunts by Edward Conna and David Mattey) and performed stunts in the thriller Urban Justice (2007, with stunts by Robert Alonzo, Dennis Keiffer, Derek Mears, and Damion Poitier), the thriller Pistol Whipped (2008), the action film Mask of the Ninja (2008, with stunts by Al Goto, Yoshio Iizuka, Christopher Leps, and Lin Oeding), Tropic Thunder (2008), the drama Days of Wrath (2008, with Joey Anaya, Mike Gunther, Kortney Manns, Jimmy Ortega, and Manny Perry), and the True Blood episode Escape from Dragon House (2008, with Kristin Bauer, John Billingsley, Scott Alan Smith, and stunts by Ben Scott and Trampas Thompson).

More recent 2009 projects include the drama The Soloist, the science fiction thriller Citizen Game (with stunts by Thomas DuPont, Jeremy Fitzgerald, and Jeremy Fry), the comedy The Adventures of Umbweki (with stunts by Geneviere Anderson and Paul Lacovara), the drama Zero Option, the action drama Bunraku, and the western drama The Book of Eli.
