Korzak was a Karemma who served as a trade minister in the late 24th century.

In 2381, Korzak led a delegation to Deep Space 9 to discuss resuming trade with the Alpha Quadrant, despite his personal skepticism of such talks bearing fruit. He was offended by Starfleet's last-minute substitution of Captain Carol Freeman as their chief representative, but agreed to stay when Freeman mentioned the goodwill gifts brought by the USS Cerritos. Korzak remained unimpressed by the commercial possibilities of the station, dismissing the shops on the Promenade as "a tailor and some tchotchke kiosks".

When Freeman introduced Korzak to Quark, the Ferengi inexplicably tried to drive the Karemma out of his bar by arguing with them about the Dominion War. Korzak's aide then noticed something about the Quark 2000 replicator that enraged Korzak, causing him to enact a contingency plan to disable the station's power system. The Karemma seized Quark and beamed back to their ship, which immediately headed for the Bajoran wormhole.

Ensign D'Vana Tendi managed to stop the Karemma ship short of the wormhole using her skills as a former Orion Syndicate pirate. Freeman had Korzak beamed to the station brig, where he explained that they were arresting Quark for using stolen Karemma technology in the Quark 2000. Thinking quickly, Freeman brokered an agreement by which the Karemma would receive 76% of the profit from the Quark's franchise, in exchange for allowing Quark to stay out of prison. Satisfied by this outcome, Korzak agreed to reopen Alpha Quadrant trade and celebrated with his people over top-shelf Tamarian mead at Quark's. (LD: "Hear All, Trust Nothing")

Korzak was voiced by Fred Tatasciore.
