In the mirror universe, kurr sauce was a condiment used in the Terran Empire.
In 2255 on the ISS Discovery, a Kelpien slave suffering the effects of vahar'ai accidentally spilled kurr sauce on Ellen Landry's boots. She had him sent to the butcher for the offense. (DIS: "Terra Firma, Part 1")
