Background information[]
- The seven-month release delay for Region B is a break in the near simultaneous all regions release tradition, which became commonplace when introduced a little while into the Blu-ray era, and harkens back to the home video release practices of the pre-Blu-ray era. The partial return to the practice is almost certainly conceived as a compromise between the industry and Amazon Prime, the first-time streamer of the series for the rest of the world outside North America, and who has commercial incentives for delaying a home video format as long as possible.
