Larry E. Clark served as a construction foreperson on Star Trek Generations and Star Trek: Insurrection and as a paint supervisor on Star Trek Nemesis. He most often works as the latter on Hollywood films, although he also served as construction coordinator on J.J. Abrams' Alias.

Clark began as a painter on Friday the 13th Part VI: Jason Lives (1986) and Friday the 13th Part VII: The New Blood (1986). This was followed by paint work on Total Recall (1990), Dying Young (1991), Noises Off (1992), Home Alone 2: Lost in New York (1992), Heat (1995), and A Time to Kill. His first credit as paint supervisor was Nothing but Trouble (1991).

As a paint supervisor, Clark has worked on such films as The River Wild (1994), Face/Off (1997), Mighty Joe Young (1998), Bicentennial Man (1999), The Family Man, Rush Hour 2, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story (featuring William Shatner), Mr. & Mrs. Smith (featuring Jennifer Morrison), Evan Almighty (2007, starring Jimmy Bennett), Rush Hour 3 (2007), The Dark Knight (2008, featuring Andrew Bicknell, Danny Goldring, Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr., and Keith Szarabajka, with production design by Nathan Crowley), and DreamWorks' Eagle Eye, produced by Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci (2008).
