Leah Burrough is the actress who worked as body double for Nana Visitor in the holosuite scene in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Meridian", where a hologram of Kira Nerys was used. Visitor, who originally was planned to do this shot with a rubber head, panicked and was replaced by Burrough. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Companion, p. 187)
Burrough filmed her scene on 2nd unit on Thursday 20 October 1994 along with Armin Shimerman and is listed as "Body Dbl Nana" on the call sheet for this day. Her body make-up artist was Lippman and her costumer Cleo Severy.
