Lee Ann Brittenham is a hair stylist who worked on two Star Trek feature films and on several episodes of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Brittenham worked as assistant hair stylist/ key hair stylist on the drama Taking Liberty (1993), the drama The Grass Harp (1995), the television drama Dalva (1996), the comic adaptation Batman & Robin (1997, along with Lisa Collins, Jeff Dawn, Edouard F. Henriques, Dayne Johnson, Jim Kail, Michael Key, James MacKinnon, Ve Neill, Jill Rockow, Barbara Ronci, Rick Stratton, Yolanda Toussieng, and Crist Ballas), the science fiction blockbuster Armageddon (1998, with Edouard F. Henriques, Rick Stratton, and Yolanda Toussieng), the comedy Living Out Loud (1998, with Yolanda Toussieng), the science fiction drama Bicentennial Man (1999, along with Greg Cannom, Yolanda Toussieng, Keith VanderLaan, Brad Wilder, Brian Sipe, Joel Harlow, James MacKinnon, Bryan Smith, Mike Smithson, Brian Wade, and Derik Wingo), the drama Man on the Moon (1999, with Ve Neill, Kathe Swanson, Yolanda Toussieng, Barney Burman, Donna Cicatelli-Lewis, Vincent J. Guastini, Lisa Meyers, Myke Michaels, and Elaina P. Schulman), and the action comedy Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles (2001, with Shirley Dolle and June Westmore).

Between 2001 and 2005 she worked as key jair stylist and hair department head on the television series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, along with fellow Trek alumni Clinton Wayne, Teressa Hill, Perri Sorel, Lumas Hamilton, Jr., Roxy D'Alonzo, and Judy Crown.

More recently, Brittenham was the hair department head on the television movie Crazy Girls Undercover (2008) and a key hair stylist and department head on the television series Heroes (2008-2009, along with Ken Niederbaumer and Richard Redlefsen).
