Leland Sun (born 7 June 1950; age 74) is a former actor and stuntman who appeared as an Alsaurian citizen in the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode "Resistance" for which he filmed his scenes on Friday 29 September 1995 and Monday 2 October 1995 on Paramount Stage 16. He later appeared as a presidential advisor in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fourth season episode "Homefront". He received no credit for his appearances.

Sun, who worked as actor and stuntman on film and television productions for three decades, has started his career in the early 1970s. He was featured in episodes of Search (1973, with Tim O'Connor, Bob Hoy, Tony Epper, and Bob Harks), Kojak (1973-1974, with Shep Houghton, Joey Aresco, Max Kleven, Stanley Kamel, Mel Gold, and Benjie Bancroft), Baretta (1976, with Joey Aresco), McCloud (1977, with Nehemiah Persoff, David Hurst, and Bob Harks), The Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries (1977, with Clive Revill, Lou Antonio, and Celeste Cartier), ABC Weekend Specials (1978, with Ron Soble), M*A*S*H (1974-1982, with David Ogden Stiers, James Saito, Lawrence Pressman, Cyril O'Reilly, and David Graf), Hart to Hart (1983, with Walker Edmiston and Chuck Hicks), Matt Houston (1984, directed by James L. Conway), and Ohara (1987, with Madge Sinclair).

Film work includes the comedy Oh, God! Having also worked as stunt performer, Sun received credit for his stuntwork in Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen (1981, co-coordinated by Paul Baxley), Under the Rainbow (1981), Big Trouble in Little China (1986, coordinated by Kenny Endoso and James Lew), Vamp (1986), Showdown in Little Tokyo (1991), Sidekicks (1992), and Beverly Hills Ninja (1997).

Among his more recent credits are an episode of Gabriel's Fire (1990, with Madge Sinclair, Kaitlin Hopkins, and Mel Winkler), The Perfect Weapon (1991, with Clyde Kusatsu, Cary-Hiroyuki, James Lew, Don Pulford, Al Jones, Mario Roberts, Branscombe Richmond, Phil Chong, Simone Boisseree, Carl Ciarfalio, Cole McKay, Kenny Endoso, Greg Barnett, Al Goto, and Jeff Imada), Joshua Tree (1993, with Michelle Phillips, Bert Remsen, Tony Epper, Peewee Piemonte, Tim de Zarn, Ronald R. Rondell, Dana Dru Evenson, Tanner Gill, Jophery C. Brown, Gary Baxley, Jeff Imada, and Al Goto), the ER episode "Day One" (1994, with Christine Harnos, Herta Ware, Scott Jaeck, Liz Vassey, Kristopher Logan, Michael Echols, Danny Nero, Stuart Nixon, and Ilona Wilson), and the television thriller The Colony (1996, with Judy Levitt and Keith Szarabajka).

Since 2015, Sun, who resides with his family in Honolulu, Hawaii, has been the CEO at the Sun Yat-Sen Center Foundation. [1]
