Lembatta V was the fifth planet in its star system.
During the Federation-Klingon War of 2256–57, General Dak'Rah commanded Klingon forces at Lembatta V. In 2259, Lieutenant Erica Ortegas mentioned the "slaughter" there to counter Ensign Nyota Uhura's assertion that Dak'Rah now believed in peace. (SNW: "Under the Cloak of War")
