Leo Shreve (16 December 191224 November 1993; age 80) was a film editor who edited the first unaired Star Trek pilot, "The Cage", with his work being credited in "The Menagerie, Part II".

During his career as a film editor, Shreve mostly worked on television series and B-movies. These included Lawman, 77 Sunset Strip, Honey West, and such films as Voyage to the Prehistoric Planet (1965), Queen of Blood (1966), and It's a Bikini World (1967, with Sid Haig).
