"Little Risa" was the name for the Risian district in the city on Tulgana IV where Risians tended to congregate.

It was located south of Andoria Town and contained a fountain.

In 2380, Ensign Brad Boimler encountered an Anabaj female while he was in this district. (LD: "Envoys")

Later that year on the USS Titan, while discussing their upcoming mission to the Tulgana system, Captain William T. Riker told Commander Deanna Troi that there was a Little Risa on Tulgana IV. (LD: "No Small Parts")
