Lloyd A. Buswell (born 12 October 1942; age 77) from Forsythe, Montana, United States, is a member of the art department who worked as construction foreman on Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. He also worked as Model Maker on Star Trek Generations. Buswell received no credit for his work but is listed on several call sheets.

Buswell also worked as construction foreman/ construction gang boss on films such as the science fiction drama Starman (1984), the television series Wings, the crime drama Patriot Games (1992), the thriller Jennier Eight (1992), the thriller Sliver (1993), the science fiction comedy Coneheads (1993), the romance Love Affair (1994), the science fiction film Strange Days (1995), the romance The American President (1995), the fantasy comedy Matilda (1996), the action film The Glimmer Man (1996), the action film Face/Off (1997), the thriller Air Force One (1997), the science fiction film The Postman (1997), the action adventure Six Days Seven Nights (1998), the fantasy film The Thirteenth Floor (1999), and the action film Torque (2004).

He also worked as propmaker on the television series Brooklyn Bridge (1991-1993), the action comedy Charlie's Angels (2000), and the comedy sequel The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement (2004) and as welding foreman on the fantasy comedy The Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle (2000), the television series Titans (2000-2001), and the fantasy film Lemony Snicket's A Series of Unfortunate Events (2004).
