Miss Lola Chrystal was a holodeck character created by Vic Fontaine for Odo in 2374. To create her, Vic modified the matrix of Anastasia Komananov, another holodeck character based on Kira Nerys, created for Julian Bashir's secret agent holoprogram; it took him an hour to get rid of her Russian accent.
Vic introduced Lola to Odo following her rendition of the song "Fever", with the ultimate goal of making Odo break out of his "Nanook of the North" persona and become more comfortable with Kira. But Odo still felt uncomfortable, as Lola did not act like Kira, not even if she looked like her.
When Vic invited Odo back for a date with Kira, he claimed that he had simply refined the Lola program to make it more convincing, allowing Odo to feel more relaxed during the date. (DS9: "His Way")
A real image of the iconic Sands Hotel sign was included in the Star Trek Encyclopedia, 3rd ed., p. 657, but altered to show Lola Chrystal was performing at the Copa Room.
