Lotha or Lotha Province was an island province off of the Hedrikspool, Jalandra, and Wyntara Mas Provinces on Bajor, which included the city or villages of Relliketh and Karnoth.
In 2401, Admiral Jean-Luc Picard kept a map of Bajor's major archaeological sites in the study at Château Picard that identified Lotha, Relliketh, Karnoth, and two archaeological sites in the province. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")

Background information[]
This location was only mentioned in writing.
Though the island was included in a Star Trek: Deep Space Nine production map of Bajor that writer Robert Hewitt Wolfe maintained, as well as a map of Bajor derived from it by Geoffrey Mandel for Star Trek: Star Charts (p. 42), it went unlabeled until Mandel's archeological sites map created for Star Trek: Picard. "Lotha Province" was first referred to in the eBook Enterprises of Great Pitch and Moment.
