LuJean Rose (born 29 August 1953; age 71) is an animal trainer who worked for Critters of the Cinema on three episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation.
Rose worked with Rob Bloch and Karen Thomas-Kolakowski as trainer for the Labrador Retirever puppies in the sixth season episode "True Q". She then trained together with Rob Bloch the dog Friday for the sixth season episode "Aquiel". In 1994, Rose teamed up with Bloch, Thomas-Kolakowski, Debbie Silverman, and Carrie Toth to train the cats Bacall, Uma, Zeke, Bandit, Wendy, Shelley, Crystal, Sinbad, Sascha, Justin, Aspen, Caesar, Buffy, and Fido for the seventh season episode "All Good Things...".
Other projects she worked as animal trainer on include the drama Gideon (1999, with Christopher McDonald, Jack Donner, and fellow trainer John Baldwin), the comedy More Dogs Than Bones (2000, with Louise Fletcher, Whoopi Goldberg, Tom Towles, Jordan Lund, and fellow trainers Rob Bloch, Rose Ordile, and Debbie Silverman), the crime comedy Drowning Mona (2000, with Tracey Walter and fellow trainer Rose Ordile), and the drama Night at the Golden Eagle (2001, with Vinny Argiro and Shelly Desai).
