Lucia Rijker (born 6 December 1967; age 57) is a Dutch actress and professional boxer and kickboxer who played a Romulan communications officer in Star Trek. Rijker won her role after two auditions and was scheduled to shoot her scenes during the first two weeks of March 2008. [1] Her face was reused in 2013 for card #27, Romulan Officer Livis, of the virtual collectible card battle game Star Trek: Rivals.

Dubbed "The Most Dangerous Woman in the World," Rijker has never been defeated by a female opponent in boxing or kickboxing. Her sole defeat came in a kickboxing match with a male opponent, Thai boxer Somchai Jaidee, in 1994. Rijker holds five world kickboxing titles and has won the Junior Welterweight title from the Women's International Boxing Federation. As of February 2008, her boxing record is 17-0 with 14 knockouts and her kickboxing record is 37-0 with 25 knockouts.

As an actress, Rijker can be seen in Rollerball (2002, starring Rebecca Romijn). In 2004, she made a guest appearance on JAG featuring Star Trek alumni David Andrews, Michael Reilly Burke, Bruce Davison, Scott Lawrence, and Zoe McLellan.

In 2004 Rijker had a supporting role as Billie "The Blue Bear" Oystermann in Million Dollar Baby, in which she also worked as boxing technical advisor behind the scenes. Fellow Trek performers Benito Martinez, Tom McCleister, Jamison Yang, Miguel Perez, Marco Rodriguez, Jude Ciccolella, Spice Williams, Rosine "Ace" Hatem, Bridgett Riley, and Boni Yanagisawa also had roles in this film. Rijker was interviewed for two features on the Special Edition DVD release, called "Born to Fight" and "B-Roll". On the previous one she talked about her connection to the film and the similar path compared to Swank's character in the film and on the latter one she was featured as boxing trainer behind the camera.

More recently she had a recurring role as prison inmate Dusty in The L Word and audition for a part in Terminator Salvation (2009).
