Lysia Arlin was a Bolian woman who ran the jumja stick kiosk on the Promenade aboard Deep Space 9.
In 2370, Jadzia Dax noticed that Lysia had been making a lot of visits to the security office, due to her interest in Odo. Odo, however, claimed that she had only been making those visits because her cousin was interested in a career in law enforcement. (DS9: "Shadowplay")

She was possibly played by uncredited recurring extra Mary Meinel-Newport.
According to the script, her name was pronounced as "LIE-see-ah AR-lin". [1]
