Ensign Macormak was a female 24th century Starfleet officer who served aboard the USS Voyager, under Captain Kathryn Janeway, while that ship was lost in the Delta Quadrant.
According to Tuvok, Macormak would miss Ensign Bennet after his death in 2372, after Bennet claimed that he wasn't going to leave anybody behind. Bennet seemed surprised by that, saying that he "was never really sure how she-", but he died before he could finish his sentence. (VOY: "Innocence")

Macormak was mentioned in an ultimately unused line in "Investigations". According to that dialog, Chakotay recommended Macormack as a possible replacement for the departing Tom Paris as the ship's pilot. Janeway wondered if she had the temperment for the job, but Chakotay reminded her that "her cool head kept us alive more than once."
