Margaret Flores is an actress and makeup artist who worked as regular background actress on several seasons on Star Trek: The Next Generation portraying a sciences officer. In addition, she also appeared in Star Trek Generations and worked as additional stand-in for Marina Sirtis when Nora Leonhardt wasn't available. She also worked as stand-in for Sirtis on the feature films Star Trek Generations, Star Trek: First Contact, and Star Trek: Insurrection. On the latter one she did the same job occasionally for Donna Murphy, including the jump into the water and water work for light settings. Flores received no credit for her work.

According to the call sheet, Flores was scheduled to appear in the fourth season episodes "First Contact" and "Identity Crisis" in scenes in Ten Forward and in the episode "The Drumhead" in corridor scenes but was either not filmed or cut from the final episodes. Flores was also scheduled to work as stand-in for Sirtis on the fifth season episode "The Game" while Nora Leonhardt was unavailable but was replaced by Debbie Marsh. Flores worked again as stand-in on the fifth season episode "Conundrum", this time for guest actress Michelle Forbes.

In 2017 she appeared as a cafeteria patron in The Big Bang Theory episode "The Proposal Proposal" which also featured Stephen Hawking. She also appeared as Meghan in the pilot episode of the comedy series Jennifer Falls (2014, with Missi Pyle and Patrick Fabian). More recent projects include the short drama The Chains That Bind (2019) and the short drama The Wonder of Love (2022), both produced, directed, and co-starring Robert Amico.
