Margareta Hammar (born 21 August 1961; age 62) is an actress who appeared in two episodes of Star Trek. She first appeared as a Maquis member in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine third season episode "Defiant". Hammar was identified by the call sheets of the episode and filmed her scenes on Friday 7 October 1994 and Monday 10 October 1994 at Paramount Stage 18. Her second Trek role was as a holographic Viking in the Star Trek: Voyager first season episode "Heroes and Demons" for which she filmed her scenes between Wednesday 15 February 1995 and Friday 17 February 1995 at Paramount Stage 16.

Born in Edsbyn, Sweden, Hammar attended the high school in Gävle before she moved to Paris, France where she trained acting at the John Strasberg Institute. She grew up in the United States where she attended the University of California, Berkeley, trained acting with Charlie Laughton in Los Angeles, and moved to New York where she studied creative writing at the Columbia University and trained acting with Warren Robertson.

Between 1988 and 1997 she worked as an actress and appeared in the television comedy special Benny Hill's World Tour: New York! (1991) and an episode of Seinfeld (1993, starring Jason Alexander). On stage she performed in "Museum" and "Lunch Hour".

In the late 1990s she moved back to Sweden where she has been working as scriptwriter, actress, and comedienne. In 2012 she wrote the short comedy Lattemorsor. She also appeared in several Swedish documentaries, television specials, and game shows, toured the country with her stand-up comedy program, and worked on commercials and radio shows.
