Mark Logan was the head of the opposition on Terra Nova against the second wave of colonists in 2083. He threatened to fire upon any starship that came into orbit of Terra Nova.
Although his threats seemed angry, they were later listed by Captain Mitchell in a distress call as being among the reasons why Earth or the Vulcans would have attacked the colony. (ENT: "Terra Nova")
