Mary Holland (born 24 June 1985; age 39) is an actress, writer, and comedian who voiced Toz in the Star Trek: Lower Decks third season episode "Room for Growth" and Helena Gibson in the episode "Crisis Point 2: Paradoxus".
She is a member of the comedy improv group Wild Horses along with fellow Lower Decks voice actress Lauren Lapkus. In 2015-16, she co-starred in the sitcom Blunt Talk with Patrick Stewart. Ed Begley, Jr., Golden Brooks, Brent Spiner, and Swati Kapila also played recurring roles in this show and Seth MacFarlane served as one of its producers.
She guest starred on series such as Silicon Valley (2014), Parks and Recreation (2015), The Mindy Project (2015), It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2016), The Good Place (2016, starring Jameela Jamil), New Girl (2017), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2017), Crazy EX-Girlfriend (2018, with Gabrielle Ruiz), American Housewife (2018, starring Diedrich Bader), and Curb Your Enthusiasm (2020).
In 2017, she played a recurring role in the sitcom Shrink (with Chloé Wepper) and Veep (with Gary Cole, Sam Richardson, Paul Scheer, Tzi Ma, Eugene Cordero, Seth Morris, and Diedrich Bader).
In 2020, Holland co-starred in Robbie, which included Lennon Parham, Gary Anthony Williams, Carl Tart as guest stars, and in 2021, she had a recurring role in Physical, alongside Ray Wise.
She also appeared in a number of films, including the independent drama And Then There Was Eve (2017), Netflix' Between Two Ferns: The Movie (2019, with Chloé Wepper, Lauren Lapkus, John Cho, Benedict Cumberbatch, Paul F.
