Mary Mara (21 September 1960–26 June 2022; age 61) was the actress who played a Sphere builder in the Star Trek: Enterprise third season episodes "The Council", "Countdown" and "Zero Hour". She was a regular during the second season of Nash Bridges, which featured Cary-Hiroyuki, Caroline Lagerfelt, and Daniel Roebuck. In 2009, she played the character of Jill in two episodes of J.J. Abrams' and Damon Lindelof's Lost, starring Naveen Andrews, Daniel Dae Kim and Terry O'Quinn.
Mara died on 26 June 2022 after she drowned in the St. Lawrence River while swimming. [1]
