His foundation had designed the spacecraft for this mission. He was recorded as saying, "This mission is a multinational operation that symbolizes the very best of us. The crew embarking on this journey, I believe, not only have the technical skill to reach Europa, but they have proven themselves to be immensely courageous." (PIC: "Watcher")
