McIntosh is the last name of an actor who played one of Bela Okmyx's hoods in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "A Piece of the Action". The scene he appeared in was shot on Monday 6 November 1967 on location at the McFadden Street backlot at Paramount Pictures.
